Efe is currently the head of physiotherapy department at the Humanity Hospital, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria. He obtained his physiotherapy training at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus and his Master’s of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southampton in England, the United Kingdom.
His research interests focus on developing, evaluating self management program and rehabilitation services to enhance the health and wellbeing of older adults with hip fracture and their caregivers. He also maintains an interest in care transitions for older adults with hip fracture and their relatives.
