ERPAAN at CAG 2026: Advancing Collaborative Approaches to Ageing Research
ERPAAN is proud to celebrate the participation of its Scientific Director, Dr. Michael Ebe Kalu, as a keynote speaker at the 55th Annual Scientific and Educational Meeting of the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG 2026), held in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, from October 15–17, 2026.
His keynote, “Navigating New Directions in Aging Research: Insights from Peer Support, Lived Experience, and Cross-Sector Collaboration,” highlighted an important direction for ageing research: building stronger connections between researchers, practitioners, communities, and people with lived experience.
At ERPAAN, we recognise the importance of collaborative, context-sensitive research that can inform policy, strengthen practice, and improve the lives of older adults across Africa and beyond.
